What happened with the adjectives? How do we make comparatives and superlatives of short/long adjectives?
Short adjectives get the -er ending in the comparative and -est ending in the superlative. For long adjectives we put more (comparative) and most (superlative) in front. Don't forget to put THE in front of the superlative form!
Irregular adjectives should be learnt by heart!
Now, complete these sentences:
1 ..... subject is ..... . (difficult)
2 ..... TV programme is ..... . (boring)
3 I feel ..... on ..... than on Monday. (happy)
4 I think ..... is ..... than winter. (beautiful)
