Relative Pronouns

Relative pronouns join sentences:

• Giant pandas are animals. They live in China. --> Giant pandas which live in China are animals. (which refers to giant pandas)
• Kate saw a film. It was very funny. --> Kate saw a film which was very funny. (which refers to the film)
• I've met a girl. She's from Italy. --> I've met a girl who's from Italy. (who refers to the girl)
• That's the woman. Her son's a pilot. --> That's the woman whose son's a pilot. (whose refers to the woman)
